Regarding to the opening of remote IT support Department for our international clients we invite you to take a part in a competition for the Technical support specialist (1st line)
This position reporting to office First BIT Middle East (Dubai). Place of work - Rostov-na-Donu, Malinovskogo st.
Working purpose: Quality and timely services to support it infrastructure to clients, incident resolution, increased customer satisfaction.
Our customers are English speaking, so a good level of spoken English is mandatory requirements.
Responding to the queries;
Processing of applications and division to team members;
Consulting clients on technical issues.
English - good oral and written level;
Experience in customer support (not necessarily IT);
Knowledge of the basics of networking and IT;
PC professional user;
Excellent knowledge of Windows OS, standard applications.
Knowledge of MS Office applications package;
High level of communication skills, the desire to help the customer, stress-resistance.
Work in an international company;
The possibility for English practice and development (daily communication with English speaking clients);
Professional development is mandatory for all employees;
Schedule: 5\2, from 8:00 to 17:00 (Sunday-Thursday, possible exits on Saturday, additional pay);
Wages are fixed 25000 - 30000 (depending on professional knowledge) + KPI (20% of salary).
